Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your TradeAssay account here, or from inside the app under the account menu → Delete my account.
What gets deleted
- Every trade, trading account, strategy, tag and checklist you logged
- All trade screenshots and voice notes you uploaded
- All AI coaching reports, weekly debriefs and chat history
- Your broker connections and your public profile
- Your login itself
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery, no restore window, and no archived copy — your account is not frozen or disabled, it is erased.
What is not deleted
Anonymous, aggregated diagnostics that are no longer linked to you may be retained. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records held by Google Play or Stripe, remain with those providers under their own retention rules.
Your subscription is billed by Google Play or Stripe, not by us, so deleting your account here does not cancel it. Cancel it from your Google Play subscriptions (or from your Stripe receipt email) before deleting, or you will keep being charged.
