Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Trade Journal Pro (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App is

Trade Journal Pro is a personal record-keeping tool for traders to log and review their own trades. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and it does not execute trades or connect to any brokerage account.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in the App — including statistics, "smart analysis" features, or any Pro feature — constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email to create an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

4. Your data

You own the trade data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's stored and used. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Subscriptions (Pro plan)

• Some features require a paid Pro subscription, billed and managed through Google Play Billing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled per Google Play's standard refund policy — we do not process payments or refunds directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or misuse the App, attempt to access another user's data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Availability and changes

The App is provided "as is." We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms as the App evolves — we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any statistic or feature within it.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

شرایط استفاده از خدمات

این شرایط استفاده‌ت از «Trade Journal Pro» («اپ») رو مشخص می‌کنه. با ساخت حساب یا استفاده از اپ، این شرایط رو می‌پذیری.

۱. این اپ چیه

Trade Journal Pro یه ابزار شخصی ثبت معاملاته برای اینکه تریدرها معاملات خودشون رو ثبت و بررسی کنن. این اپ مشاوره‌ی مالی، سرمایه‌گذاری یا معاملاتی ارائه نمی‌ده و معامله‌ای اجرا نمی‌کنه یا به هیچ حساب کارگزاری وصل نمی‌شه.

۲. بدون مشاوره‌ی مالی

هیچ‌چیز توی این اپ — از جمله آمارها، فیچر «آنالیز هوشمند»، یا هر فیچر Pro دیگه — به معنای مشاوره‌ی مالی یا سرمایه‌گذاری نیست. معامله ریسک قابل‌توجه ضرر داره. مسئولیت تصمیمات معاملاتی‌ت کاملاً بر عهده‌ی خودته.

۳. حساب کاربری‌ت

• باید یه ایمیل معتبر برای ساخت حساب بدی و مسئول امن نگه‌داشتن رمزت هستی.
• مسئول هر فعالیتی هستی که زیر حسابت انجام می‌شه.
• باید حداقل ۱۸ سال سن داشته باشی، یا سن قانونی بلوغ توی کشورت، تا از اپ استفاده کنی.

۴. داده‌ی تو

مالک داده‌ی معاملاتی‌ای که وارد می‌کنی خودتی. برای جزئیات نحوه‌ی ذخیره و استفاده، سیاست حریم خصوصی رو ببین. هر وقت خواستی می‌تونی داده‌ت رو خروجی بگیری یا حذف کنی.

۵. اشتراک (پلن Pro)

• بعضی فیچرها نیاز به اشتراک پولی Pro دارن که از طریق Google Play Billing مدیریت می‌شه.
• اشتراک‌ها خودکار تمدید می‌شن مگه اینکه قبل از تاریخ تمدید از طریق Google Play کنسل بشن.
• استرداد وجه طبق سیاست استاندارد Google Play انجام می‌شه — ما مستقیماً پرداخت یا استرداد رو پردازش نمی‌کنیم.

۶. استفاده‌ی درست

موافقت می‌کنی که: اپ رو reverse-engineer یا سوءاستفاده نکنی، تلاش نکنی به داده‌ی کاربر دیگه‌ای دسترسی پیدا کنی، یا از اپ برای هدف غیرقانونی استفاده نکنی.

۷. در دسترس بودن و تغییرات

اپ به‌صورت "as is" ارائه می‌شه. ممکنه فیچری اضافه/تغییر/حذف کنیم و این شرایط رو با تکامل اپ به‌روز کنیم — تاریخ بالای صفحه رو در اون صورت آپدیت می‌کنیم.

۸. محدودیت مسئولیت

تا حداکثر میزان مجاز قانونی، ما مسئول هیچ ضرر معاملاتی، فرصت ازدست‌رفته، یا خسارتی که از استفاده‌ت از اپ یا اتکا به هر آمار یا فیچر داخل اون ناشی بشه، نیستیم.

۹. پایان استفاده

هر وقت خواستی می‌تونی استفاده از اپ رو متوقف کنی و حسابت رو حذف کنی. ممکنه حساب‌هایی که این شرایط رو نقض کنن معلق یا حذف کنیم.
