Trade Journal Pro ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal trade-journaling application. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history outside the App, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train any AI model, and we run no advertising trackers.
Our analytics deliberately exclude autocapture and session recording — the two features that would otherwise silently record your screen contents. Because this App's screens are full of account balances and P&L figures, those are switched off in code, and only the explicitly named events listed above are ever sent.
All data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security enabled — each account can only ever read or write its own data. Screenshots and voice notes are stored in Supabase Storage; the voice-note bucket is private and access is restricted to your own account. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to make specific features work:

Two things are deliberately kept out of everything above: your playbook rules and your trade reviews are never sent to any AI provider. They stay in your own database rows and are only ever read by the App's own calculations, which run on your device. Your recorded position sizes are not sent either.
Live broker sync is switched off, and the App does not ask you for a broker password of any kind. Trades get in by manual entry or by importing a report you export yourself (MT4/MT5, CSV, HTML, XML). An exported report is just a file — it carries no credential, so there is nothing for us or anyone else to hold.
MetaApi is still named in the table above because the integration code remains in the App, switched off. While it is off, MetaApi receives nothing from us. If it is ever switched back on, this page will be updated before it is, and connecting an account will stay something you choose to do, never a default.
For the record, the design it would return to: the App would ask only for the read-only investor password — which can view an account but cannot place, modify or close a trade, and cannot withdraw funds — never the master password. That password would never be stored in our database, encrypted or otherwise; it would pass through our server once, in memory, on its way to MetaApi. If our database were breached, there would be no broker credential in it to steal.
We retain your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your database records and uploaded files are erased immediately as part of that request. If you email us instead of using the in-app or web deletion route, we action it within 30 days.
Anonymous, aggregated diagnostics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained. Payment records held by Google Play or Stripe are subject to their own retention rules and are outside our control.
Trade Journal Pro analyses trades that you recorded yourself. It is a journaling and performance-analysis tool. Nothing it produces — including AI coaching reports, weekly debriefs and chat answers — is financial, investment or trading advice, and past performance does not predict future results. We are not a broker, a financial adviser, or regulated by any financial authority.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

ما موقعیت مکانی، مخاطبین، تاریخچهی مرورگر خارج از اپ، یا شناسهی تبلیغاتی جمع نمیکنیم. دادهت رو نمیفروشیم، باهاش هیچ مدل هوش مصنوعی آموزش نمیدیم، و هیچ ردیاب تبلیغاتی نداریم.
آنالیتیکس ما عمداً autocapture و session recording رو خاموش کرده — همون دو قابلیتی که در غیر این صورت محتوای صفحهت رو بیسروصدا ضبط میکردن. چون صفحههای این اپ پر از موجودی حساب و سود/زیانه، اینها در سطح کد غیرفعالن و فقط همون رویدادهای نامبردهی بالا ارسال میشن.
همهی داده توی دیتابیس Supabase (PostgreSQL) با row-level security ذخیره میشه — هر حساب فقط دادهی خودش رو میتونه بخونه یا بنویسه. اسکرینشاتها و ژورنالهای صوتی توی Supabase Storage ذخیره میشن؛ باکت صوتی خصوصیه و دسترسی به اون فقط برای حساب خودته. انتقال داده روی اتصال رمزنگاریشده (HTTPS/TLS) انجام میشه.
ما دادهت رو نمیفروشیم. فقط با سرویسهایی که برای کار کردن فیچرهای مشخصی لازمن به اشتراک میذاریم:

دو چیز عمداً از همهی بالا بیرون نگه داشته شده: قوانین پلیبوکت و بازبینیهای معاملاتت هیچوقت برای هیچ سرویس هوش مصنوعی فرستاده نمیشن. توی ردیفهای دیتابیس خودت میمونن و فقط محاسبات خود اپ — که روی دستگاه خودت اجرا میشن — میخوننشون. حجم پوزیشنهای ثبتشدهت هم فرستاده نمیشه.
سینک زندهی بروکر خاموشه و اپ هیچجور رمز بروکری ازت نمیخواد. معاملهها یا دستی وارد میشن یا از گزارشی که خودت export میکنی ایمپورت میشن (MT4/MT5، CSV، HTML، XML). گزارش exportشده فقط یه فایله — هیچ credentialای توش نیست، پس چیزی نیست که ما یا کس دیگهای نگه داریم.
اسم MetaApi هنوز توی جدول بالا هست چون کد این یکپارچگی توی اپ مونده، منتها خاموش. تا وقتی خاموشه، MetaApi هیچچیزی از ما نمیگیره. اگه روزی دوباره روشن بشه، این صفحه قبل از روشن شدنش بهروز میشه، و وصل کردن حساب همچنان کاری میمونه که خودت انتخاب میکنی، نه حالت پیشفرض.
برای ثبت در سابقه، طراحیای که بهش برمیگرده: اپ فقط رمز investor رو میخواست — که فقط-خواندنیه، میتونه حساب رو ببینه ولی نمیتونه معاملهای باز، اصلاح یا بسته کنه و نمیتونه پول برداشت کنه — هیچوقت رمز اصلی (master). اون رمز هیچوقت توی دیتابیس ما ذخیره نمیشد، نه رمزنگاریشده نه غیرش؛ فقط یک بار توی حافظهی سرور، سرِ راهش به MetaApi رد میشد. اگه دیتابیس ما نشت میکرد، هیچ credential بروکری توش نبود که دزدیده بشه.
تا وقتی حسابت وجود داره، دادهت رو نگه میداریم. وقتی حسابت رو حذف میکنی، رکوردهای دیتابیس و فایلهای آپلودیت همون لحظه بهعنوان بخشی از همون درخواست پاک میشن. اگه بهجای مسیر داخل اپ/وب به ما ایمیل بزنی، ظرف ۳۰ روز انجامش میدیم.
دیتای تشخیصی ناشناس و تجمیعشده که دیگه به تو قابلربط دادن نیست ممکنه نگه داشته بشه. سوابق پرداخت پیش Google Play یا Stripe تابع قوانین نگهداری خودشونه و خارج از کنترل ماست.
Trade Journal Pro معاملاتی رو تحلیل میکنه که خودت ثبت کردی. این یه ابزار ژورنالنویسی و تحلیل عملکرده. هیچچیزی که تولید میکنه — از جمله گزارشهای مربی هوش مصنوعی، دبریف هفتگی و جوابهای چت — مشاورهی مالی، سرمایهگذاری یا معاملاتی نیست، و نتایج گذشته آینده رو پیشبینی نمیکنن. ما بروکر نیستیم، مشاور مالی نیستیم، و تحت نظارت هیچ نهاد مالیای نیستیم.
این اپ برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال طراحی نشده و آگاهانه دادهای از کودکان جمع نمیکنیم.
ممکنه این سند رو همزمان با تکامل اپ بهروز کنیم. تغییرات مهم با آپدیت شدن تاریخ بالای صفحه مشخص میشه.
